Job Summary
The Host welcomes guests and manages seating arrangements to ensure efficient table rotation and guest satisfaction. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and manage the waiting list.

Provide menus and answer initial guest questions.

Seat guests according to table availability and rotation.

Respond to guest concerns and coordinate with staff to resolve issues.

Answer phone calls and take reservations.

Assist servers with running food/drinks/ pre bussing

Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and entrance area.

Assist with other restaurant duties as needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements

Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for long periods.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Must have valid food handler’s card
-
Must have valid TABC certification

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Able to stand for extended periods and lift trays as needed.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
