About the Role
- Take customer orders
- Prepare and serve fresh drinks
- Handle payments
- Set up and take down our pop-up booth
- Keep the booth clean and organized
- Represent Happy Fresh Co. at community events, act as the face of the brand by engaging customers through friendly, enthusiastic communication and product demonstrations
- Assist with social media content when needed
- Support event setup, breakdown, and logistics to ensure smooth operations throughout each engagement

Preferred Qualifications
- Own a truck (preferred but not required)
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or events
- Comfortable appearing in social media content
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus for reaching broader audiences
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for creating positive interactions that foster customer loyalty and brand trust
- Ability to handle sales objections professionally while maintaining a lively, positive attitude throughout interactions
