Casting Production Manager Details:

Direct Hire position
-
$90,000.00 to $110,000.00 /annually
-
First Shift
-
Lead daily foundry production across melting, molding, finishing, and related operations to meet production and customer demands.
-
Manage, train, and mentor supervisors and hourly associates while building a safety- and quality-driven culture.
-
Monitor production KPIs, equipment efficiency, scrap, labor utilization, costs, and overall run rates.

Drive continuous improvement using 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and other lean manufacturing practices.

Partner with quality and maintenance teams to reduce defects, prevent repeat downtime, and improve equipment reliability.
Casting Production Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. 3–7 years of related experience.

Strong technical knowledge of melting, sand casting/molding, and finishing treatment processes.

Proven experience managing teams, solving complex operational problems, and making data-driven decisions.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work safely in a high-temperature manufacturing environment while meeting the position’s physical requirements.
