We’re a growing moving company known for providing top-tier service with a strong, hardworking team. We’re currently looking for a reliable, experienced Crew Lead/Driver to join our crew. If you’re motivated, know how to handle moves efficiently, and can lead a team, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a moving crew on residential and commercial moves
- Safely drive company moving trucks (up to [26 ft]) to and from job sites
- Load and unload furniture and boxes with care and efficiency
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensure timely completion of jobs and maintain a positive work environment
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections
Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in the moving industry
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required but a plus)
- Experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
