Position Summary
We are seeking highly skilled and dependable Handymen and Contractors with 5-10+ years of hands-on experience in residential renovations and repairs. Candidates must be capable of working independently, managing projects efficiently, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting
- Drywall installation and repair
- Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, tile, hardwood)
- Door and window installation
- Trim, baseboard, and finish carpentry
- Cabinet installation and repairs
- Bathroom and kitchen renovations
- Light plumbing repairs and fixture installation
- Light electrical work (switches, outlets, lighting fixtures)
- TV mounting and hardware installation
- Fence, deck, and exterior repairs
- Property maintenance and punch-list items
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years of handyman, remodeling, or construction experience
- Strong knowledge of residential renovation practices
- Ability to read and follow work orders and project plans
- Own reliable transportation
- Own basic tools required for the trade
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Able to pass a Criminal Background Check
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with full home remodels and house flips
- Knowledge of multiple trades
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience leading crews is a plus
