Duties
- Assist in maintaining the operations and management of the school.
- Coordinate scheduling of classes, workshops, and youth programs to maximize participation and resource utilization.
- Support instructors in maintaining high standards of classroom management and student engagement.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and personal growth among students of all skill levels.
- Help organize special events such as recitals, exhibitions, performances, or community showcases that highlight student achievements.
- Assist in content creation, light social media posting, and promotional campaigns.
Skills
- Proven experience in leadership and customer service roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to positively contribute to a motivating learning environment.
- Experience in working with children and youth programs is a plus.
- Knowledge of working with diverse student populations including adults and children with varying learning needs is a plus.
- Basic social media posting experience is a plus (Instagram, Facebook).
- Basic content editing skills is a plus (i.e. Canva, Capcut, or others).
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with staff, students, parents, and community partners. Pay: $25,000.00 - $45,760.00 per year
