Location: South El Monte, CA
Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Overview
We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and efficient Picker/Packer to join our team in South El Monte. In this role, you will accurately select, package, and prepare daily customer orders for shipment in a clean and organized warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Use a mobile scanning device and manual methods to accurately pick, pack, and process daily orders.
- Securely pack items using poly mailers, corrugated boxes, and protective materials to prevent shipping damage.
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming carrier shipments and package deliveries.
- Safely operate manual pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Support inventory accuracy by spotting and reporting stock discrepancies during picking.
- Maintain organized storage areas by properly stacking, labeling, and storing inventory for easy retrieval.
- Clean and tidy work areas at the end of each shift to ensure a safe, efficient workspace.
Requirements
- Picking & Packing Experience: Proven experience in fast-paced order fulfillment using poly mailers, boxes, and standard packaging materials.
- Efficiency & Urgency: Fast worker with a strong sense of urgency, ability to multitask, and drive to meet daily shipping targets.
- Adaptability & Work Ethic: Fast learner who works well under pressure, stays calm during peak deadlines, and is eager to master new processes.
- Punctuality & Reliability: Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctual daily arrival for 8:30 AM shifts.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift boxes continuously throughout the shift. Must be able to comfortably lift up to 40 lbs (most packages are under 30 lbs).
- Attention to Detail: High precision to guarantee 100% order accuracy during picking, packing, and labeling.
- Basic Math Skills: Strong basic numeracy for accurate inventory counting and quantity verification.
- Equipment Operation: Experience safely operating manual pallet jacks and handheld mobile devices.
