We're looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist / Physical Therapy Aide to be the welcoming face of our Little Falls clinic. Whether you're assisting patients at the front desk, coordinating schedules, or supporting our therapy team, you'll play an essential role in delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Schedule
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
- Monday through Friday
- Flexible combination of daytime and evening shifts

What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate registration
- Schedule appointments and answer incoming phone calls
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Maintain electronic patient records by scanning and updating documentation
- Coordinate with physical therapists and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with scheduling, administrative tasks
- Help keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve patient service
- Assist physical therapists with non-clinical duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Ability to work on-site in Little Falls, NJ
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
