Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and reliable Owner Operator Van Drivers to join our team. Our routes run Tuesday-Saturday and operate in the early AM hours (approximately 3AM to 10AM). This is an excellent opportunity for Master Contractors / Owner Operator Van drivers with flexible schedules and looking for dedicated AM work. Our routes range from 100 to 250 loaded miles.
Responsibilities:
- Load and deliver packages (must scan at load and delivery using app)
- Drive your van to and from various locations, ensuring timely deliveries
- Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle and ensure all safety regulations are met
- Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Experience with same day delivery / courier services
- Excellent customer service skills
- Own a van or Sprinter
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual with a clean driving record
- Self motivated and dependable

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $180.00 - $215.00 per day

- Do you currently own or have access to a cargo van, sprinter van, or box truck that can be used for daily delivery services?

- Are you available to operate scheduled routes Monday through Saturday, including early morning dispatch times (3AM to 10:00 AM)?
- Have you ever managed a dedicated delivery route or contract where you were responsible for on-time performance, scan compliance, and customer service? If yes, please explain
- Are you willing to wear a body camera while making deliveries and comply with customer security and delivery requirements?

- If you are unable to service your assigned route due to illness, vehicle breakdown, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, do you have a backup driver and/or contingency plan available to ensure uninterrupted service? Please explain your backup plan.
