Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Administration & Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and administrative operations in. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive talent acquisition, oversee HR systems, and implement programs that foster a positive, productive workplace environment. Duties
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs.
- Oversee employee orientation programs, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
- Manage performance management processes, including employee evaluations, coaching, and development plans.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll processing through systems like ADP or Kronos, and manage workers' compensation claims.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by managing employment & labor law adherence, OSHA standards, FMLA policies, and HR legal compliance.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict management, misconduct investigations, and resolution strategies.
- Lead training & development initiatives to enhance team skills and foster continuous improvement across departments.
- Manage HR legal compliance activities and support change management projects to optimize process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising human resources with a strong background in talent management and employee relations.
- Demonstrated expertise in, employment law, benefits administration, and HR compliance standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to senior leadership and staff at all levels.
- Experience in strategic planning, program management, and implementing HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, Workers' Compensation procedures, FMLA policies, and employment law in talent management.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities through effective change management techniques.
- Bachelor's degree (Preffered) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; advanced certifications preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
