Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Child Care Provider/Teacher <PERSON>/T to join our team! In this vital role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for children of various ages, supporting their growth and development through structured activities and personalized care. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster a positive learning atmosphere while ensuring each child's individual needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
Duties
- Supervise children during play, learning activities, meals, and nap times to ensure safety and well-being
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on childhood development, social skills, and early education principles
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes safety and learning engagement
- Apply child supervision techniques that support positive behavior management and classroom management strategies
- Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being promptly
- Administer first aid or pediatric first aid as needed, ensuring immediate response to minor injuries or health issues
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar settings is highly preferred
- Demonstrated classroom experience with early childhood education methods and child development instruction
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a strong plus
- Knowledge of child supervision best practices, behavior management techniques, and early childhood curriculum implementation
- Certification in first aid and CPR (Childhood Development First Aid) is required; additional certifications in special education or pediatric care are advantageous
- Familiarity with laws related to child safety and welfare

Pay: $20.13 per hour
