Director, Solutions Architecture
The Director of Solutions Architecture is a senior leadership role responsible for leading the development of technical, operations-focused solutions in response to client RFPs, renewals, and strategic pursuits. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Solutions Architecture and manages a team of Solution Architects.
This is not a software engineering or IT role - it is focused on designing and costing services related to facilities and integrated facilities services grounded in operational realities such as workloads, staffing models, maintenance programs, and production environments.
The Director will play a critical role in advancing the organization’s solutioning capabilities by delivering data-driven, quantitative solutions and building repeatable processes, tools, and standards that improve quality, consistency, and win rates across key verticals including life sciences, manufacturing, and logistics.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Architects, fostering a high-performance, solution-oriented culture
Technical Solutioning & RFP Leadership
Quantitative Modeling & Analytics
Leverage industry-standard benchmarks, analytics, and data insights to inform staffing, cost structures, and performance expectations
Process Optimization & Solutioning Excellence
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Client Engagement & Commercial Support
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
10+ years of experience in facilities, facility services, facilities management, or related operational environments

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 157,250.00 - $185,000.00
