B Side is looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our growing team of food and beverage experts! We have part and full time positions open to those who already love food and bev, are hard working, efficient, and constantly seeking growth and development. Work in a fast-paced, intimate, challenging setting with a group of long-time experienced professionals for a dining experience that is unparalleled. Must be able to work an 8 hour shift on your feet and carry up to 50 pounds; 1 year of experience or more preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Utilize POS systems efficiently to input orders accurately and process payments.
- Ensure food safety standards are met by handling and serving food in accordance with regulations.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a smooth dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation tasks.
