Job Details

Overview:

Schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00am-6:00pm and every other Saturday 7:00am-12:00pm

5+ years of warehouse management experience
Proven experience directly supervising and managing a team of at least 5 employees
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in an extremely fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and team-management abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and other standard computer programs
Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations
Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure inventory accuracy
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to train, motivate, and hold employees accountable for performance
Ability to safely operate or oversee the use of warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with company safety procedures
Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required by the position
