Part-Time Operations & Admin Assistant
Remote Coffee | Dallas, TX | Part-Time | $12–$14/hr
Remote Coffee is a premium specialty drive-thru coffee brand based in Dallas. We're a Latino-owned small business that moves fast, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to support our back-office operations.
No prior experience required. If you're organized, have experience using computers and navigating software day to day, and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Logging and organizing vendor invoices and purchase records
- Supporting inventory tracking and data entry in our operations systems
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks in QuickBooks
- Helping with sales outreach and follow-up coordination
- General office and admin support across the team
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable working in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel)
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow through independently
- Willing to learn new software and systems
- Experience with MarginEdge, Toast, or QuickBooks is a big plus, not a requirement
- Bonus points if you're into social media
A little about us:
We're a growing brand with two locations and big plans ahead. This role works closely with our leadership team and reports directly to our CMO. It's a great foot in the door for someone who wants real-world business operations experience at a brand worth being part of.
$12–$14/hr based on experience. Flexible part-time hours.
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
