Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a results-driven leader with deep experience managing hospitality, commercial, or multifamily construction projects, ensuring seamless coordination between field operations, subcontractors, clients, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of assigned construction projects.
- Manage project teams including Superintendents, Assistant PMs, and administrative staff.
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance management.
- Maintain and monitor project budgets, change orders, RFIs, and submittal logs.
- Drive project schedules to ensure on-time completion and quality performance.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers to resolve design and construction issues.
- Conduct regular site visits, safety audits, and progress meetings.
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly project reporting to senior leadership.
- Ensure strict adherence to company standards, safety programs, and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management within hospitality, commercial, or multifamily construction.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously.
- Strong working knowledge of construction means, methods, and building codes.
- Proficiency with Construction Software preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
