We are currently seeking compassionate, motivated Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our expanding team.
What You'll Do
As a Home Health PT or PTA, you will:
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes.
- Evaluate patients (PTs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, safety, and fall prevention.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Accurately complete electronic documentation in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Deliver compassionate, professional, and patient-focused care.
QualificationsPhysical Therapist (PT)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current California Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Home Health experience preferred but not required
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current California PTA license
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Home Health experience preferred but not required

Compensation
Compensation is competitive and based on experience and employment status (Independent Contractor).
