Freudenberg Performance Materials LP (USA)
You support our team as
- Operators prepare machines for operation, load machines with material, enter data into machine’s computer controls, inspect and monitor machine and adjust different inputs, pressures and speeds to maintain quality.
- Operators monitor and record product and material types, temperatures, speeds, pressures, quantity counts and quality checking materials and products.
- Quality checks include preparing product samples, weighing samples, measuring widths and thickness and evaluating visual appearance of products.
- Machine Operators also perform housekeeping and work area organization duties and any required duties directed by supervisor or management.
- High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
- Operator must obtain and maintain a Fork Truck certification.
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Willingness and ability to work swing shifts
- Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
