Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift
Monday–Friday | 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Chateau Terrebonne Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team.
If you are an LPN who takes pride in providing excellent resident care, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and wants a consistent Monday–Friday night shift, we would love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Provide quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and facility policies
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly notify the appropriate clinical staff and physician
- Document nursing care, progress notes, medications, treatments, and changes in condition
- Communicate with physicians, the DON, ADON, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Recognize early signs of physical, emotional, or behavioral changes
- Complete required clinical documentation, reports, and assessments
- Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, and other members of the care team
- Provide compassionate, respectful care to our residents and their families
What We’re Looking For
- Current Louisiana LPN license
- Compassionate and resident-focused
- Dependable and committed to excellent care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain professional and caring in challenging situations
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
