About the Role

We’re looking for a Transaction Coordinator to join our award-winning team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Platinum Properties — where we believe in working hard, playing hard, and always striving to “Be Better.”
As a Transaction Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between agents, clients, lenders, and title companies — ensuring every contract runs smoothly from “Just Listed” to “Just Closed.” You’ll handle contract compliance, timelines, documentation, and communication, all while keeping our agents and clients informed every step of the way.
Compensation: Commission-based (paid per file)

Responsibilities
- Manage the contract-to-close process for residential and/or commercial files
- Track key deadlines and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
- Communicate professionally with clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys
- Update CRM and transaction management systems
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closings
- Provide exceptional customer service that reflects our Platinum brand

Qualifications
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and deadlines
- Transaction coordination experience preferred (but not required)
- Real estate knowledge or license a plus
