Empire Renovations is one of the Treasure Valley's fastest-growing home improvement companies, specializing in roofing, siding, windows, painting, gutters, and exterior renovations. We are looking for an ambitious Canvas Manager who is passionate about leadership, recruiting, and building a high-performing team.
This is more than a management position. You'll be responsible for developing the entire canvassing department—from recruiting and training new canvassers to managing daily operations and driving consistent lead generation.

What You'll DoLeadership & Team Development
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top-performing canvassers.
- Build and maintain a fully staffed canvassing team and company van.
- Create a positive, competitive, and accountable team culture.
- Lead daily morning meetings and ongoing training sessions.
- Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching.
Recruiting & Hiring
- Continuously recruit quality candidates using Indeed, referrals, job fairs, and networking.
- Interview and hire qualified applicants.
- Develop strategies to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.
- Build a strong pipeline of future canvassers.
Performance Management
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals.
- Monitor KPIs including:
- Doors knocked
- Contacts made
- Appointments set
- Sit rates
- Sales conversion
- Coach team members to consistently improve performance.
Field Operations
- Plan efficient canvassing routes throughout the Treasure Valley.
- Ensure the company van is fully staffed and operating daily.
- Manage schedules, attendance, and transportation logistics.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and productive work environment.
Community Engagement
- Lead by example in the field.
- Build trust with homeowners through professional communication.
- Promote Empire Renovations' services with integrity and confidence.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous door-to-door canvassing experience
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing employees
- Strong coaching and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with a competitive drive
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lead by example in the field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation$73,000–$95,000+ annually
