Compensation: $16/hour base + uncapped commissions paid weekly
Let's talk about money first, since you're going to anyway.
Base is $16 an hour. That's the floor, not the plan. Commission is uncapped and paid every week, and last year our strongest agents finished just under six figures — not one hot month, a full year of them.
Most people won't get there. The ones who do have one thing in common: they stayed long enough to get good. Month six pays better than month one for the same eight hours, because by then you know what to listen for. That's the entire equation, and it's why we care more about who's still here in a year than who's loudest in week one.
Why the money is there
We run a two-sided network. On one side are millions of American seniors lost in their medications, their coverage, and their care. On the other are national healthcare companies that need to reach those people and can't do it on their own. We're the bridge. When you make the connection, a 78-year-old on eleven prescriptions finally gets a pharmacist who sorts it out — and we get paid because we solved a problem nobody else could solve. You're not selling junk. That's why the commission is real.
What you'll do
Work our member database by phone. Ask good questions, find the people who need help, connect them live to the care team. Run a proven script until you've earned the right to improve it.
Who this isn't for
Tampa Bay has a hundred call centers and some people have worked at all of them. If your history is four seats in two years, we'll find out, and we'll pass. The pay curve here rewards the opposite of that.
Where it goes
Every team lead, floor lead, and manager on this floor started on the phones. We're about to grow fast again, and we promote from inside. Do the job, then teach it, and the next seat is yours.
We also think people are more than their worst day. If you've had a rough chapter and you're ready to work, say so plainly. Background screening applies and some histories we can't get past, but a mistake in your past isn't automatically a no here.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
