Pay:
- $25.60 per hour
- Lodging and relocation per diem allocations are available to those who qualify.
- Plus a 6% employer 401(k) contribution — an additional $1.54 per hour!

Qualifications
- Current Kentucky L.P.N. license in good standing
- New Graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a structured healthcare environment
- LPNs with prior experience in addiction treatment, substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, mental health, psychiatric care, corrections, residential treatment, rehabilitation, or other similar healthcare settings are strongly encouraged to apply.
