We are currently working with a medical office that are looking for an entry level to experienced Medical Biller and Coder's to join their team! In this position you will be responsible for billing commercial insurance, following up on claims, contacting insurance companies and patients. The perfect candidate is someone who pays close attention to detail and has the ability to prioritize. A year experience or schooling in Medical Billing & Coding is preferred for this position.
This a full time/long term positions, both with plenty of room to grow with a local company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bill commercial insurance
- Follow up on claims
- Contacting insurance agencies
- Working on patient accounts
- Reception duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Familiarity with Excel
- 1 year of experience or schooling in medical billing
- High School Diploma / GED
- Able to communicate in person and over the phone
- Professional, personable, and previous experience in a medical office

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
