JOB SUMMARY:
Real Estate Company seeking a Full Time Resident Manager for a 126 unit apartment building newly built.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Leasing which include online marketing of vacancies, answering calls and emails, showing units, following up with applicants, coordinate move ins with Tenants.
· Promote resident retention by assisting with the lease renewal program.
· Maintain organized company and property office files.
· Prepare accurate and complete reports in a timely manner.
· Schedule and follow-up on maintenance work orders.
· Generate, Schedule, and complete general building work orders.
· Conduct Move in and Move Out Inspections
· Coordinate Rent Ready Units
· Manage daily onsite personnel and porters to ensure cleanliness of the property.
· Customer Service is #1 - Must always be courteous and helpful to residents, prospective residents and co-workers.
· Collect and deposit rental payments for Tenants who pay in person.
· Input daily activity transactions – payables and receivables.
· Generate and deliver late payment notices, “Notices to Pay/ Perform”, and generally manage collection of unpaid/overdue sums.
· Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
· Must be available for urgent and emergency matters
Qualifications:
· Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, and E-Mail.
· AppFolio experience a plus
· 3 Years apartment management experience required.
· Must possess valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
