Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district near Boston, MA. In this role, you’ll help students develop critical communication skills that support both academic achievement and social growth.
You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of educators and specialists to deliver meaningful, individualized therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students (K-12)
- Track and document student progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
- Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active or eligible Massachusetts SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates considered
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
