About the Opportunity
This is a part-time, seasonal role, and on-site (in person). In this role, you will use your proven phone, on-line and call center experience to provide superior customer service to our customers. Work schedule is one weekday and one weekend day per week.
More Details
- Speak with customers to answer questions about products and services. Pro-actively resolve internet order issues.
- Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and advise them appropriately as required by the situation.
- Respond quickly and politely to customer phone calls, pro-actively interact with our internet sales team.
- Chat on-line with customers to resolve issues and answer product questions.
- Multi-task successfully, juggle multiple tasks well in hectic environment.
What You'll Need
- High School Diploma/GED required
- At least two years of related experience
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Previous phone, online and call center experience preferred
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good at multi-tasking in a busy environment
- Punctual, reliable and eager to improve.
