VIP Honda is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our growing team. The Service BDC Representative plays a key role in supporting our service department by communicating with customers, scheduling appointments, following up on service recommendations, and helping ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and text messages with customers.
- Schedule service appointments and confirm upcoming appointments.
- Follow up with customers who are due for maintenance or have declined recommended services.
- Contact customers regarding recalls, service campaigns, and promotional offers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes within the CRM.
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Service Management to maximize appointment show rates.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with customer retention and service marketing initiatives.
- Meet daily activity and appointment-setting goals.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, BDC, or automotive experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls throughout the day.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
