Job Duties:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with ambulation and transfers as needed
- Prepare meals and provide dietary assistance or reminders
- Provide medication reminders (non-administration)
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Observe and report changes in client condition
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a background check and urine drug screen
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (when transportation between clients is required)
- Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic
