Chino Valley Ranchers is looking for a dependable, hardworking Ranch Maintenance II to help keep our ranch operations running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving mechanical problems, and working outdoors, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance on ranch equipment and facilities
- Repair conveyor systems, ventilation equipment, feeders, water systems, and other ranch equipment
- Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and maintenance equipment safely
- Complete maintenance records and inspection logs
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety, biosecurity, and operating procedures
- Perform other maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Agricultural or industrial maintenance experience is a plus
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working around machinery and equipment
