AE3 Partners is a California-based architecture firm, with offices in Los Angeles, Oakland & San Francisco. Our firm is seeking an experienced Job Captain with strong Revit production skills and 5+ years of professional experience.

What You'll Do:
- Produce complete construction document sets using Revit
- Develop wall sections, elevations, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, schedules, and project details
- Coordinate with architects and consultants throughout project development
- Apply building codes, ADA requirements, and construction standards to project documentation
- Contribute to projects from design development through construction documentation
- Help deliver thoughtful, well-coordinated architectural solutions for a variety of project types
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional architectural experience producing construction documents
- Advanced proficiency with Revit (required) and AutoCAD
- Ability to independently develop complete Revit document packages (skills assessment required)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, building codes, and ADA requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Interior architecture or commercial project experience
- Experience producing full construction document sets from concept through permit
- 3D rendering and visualization experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and desire to mentor and learn within a team environment

Pay: $81,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year
