Join Swiss Re's Graduate Programme and develop the skills to help governments and communities build resilience to the world's most pressing risks.
We’re looking for intellectually curious, motivated early-career talent who are completing or have recently completed a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree and want to grow, learn, and make a difference. If you have no more than three years of professional experience and are excited to build expertise in risk, insurance, and resilience, we encourage you to apply for our rotational Swiss Re Graduate Programme, which starts in Fall 2027.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in the complex, multifaceted, and fast-paced world of global reinsurance and commercial insurance, have an opportunity to rotate into different teams, and receive tailored training to build your expertise over the course of the program, generally 18 months. This is your opportunity to shape your career, help protect societies from the world’s most threatening hazards, and contribute to making the world more resilient.
By the end of the program, you’ll have built the skills, foundations and network to pursue a wide range of career opportunities within Swiss Re.
