We’re looking for a Drains & Install Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and ensure top-tier service delivery to our customers. If you’re a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Develop a Rockstar Team – Manage and mentor a team of skilled drain technicians and install professionals to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure Excellence in Operations – Oversee daily drain cleaning, repair, and installation services, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Drive Performance & Results – Monitor KPIs, coach team members, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Foster a Winning Culture – Promote teamwork, accountability, and a customer-first mindset in everything we do.
- Optimize Processes – Implement best practices, streamline operations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in plumbing, drain services, or home services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills – ability to inspire and engage both employees and customers.
- Knowledge of plumbing installations, drain systems, and best practices.
