We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated full and part-time servers to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining a clean dining environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, ensuring guest relations are positive and memorable
- Support opening and closing duties as needed, including setup and breakdown of service stations
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy hours
- Proven ability in upselling and sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
- Experience in guest services, cashiering, or host/hostess roles is beneficial
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving standards, and hospitality best practices
