At Lineage, the world's largest temperature-controlled logistics company, you'll lead all maintenance operations within a high-performance cold storage facility. In this leadership role, you'll manage maintenance teams, oversee regulatory compliance, drive equipment reliability, and partner with operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted facility performance.

Lead, train, coach, and provide performance feedback to maintenance team members while assigning work to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Manage all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, PSM, RMP, fire safety, environmental, and company safety standards.

Partner with the General Manager to develop and manage annual maintenance budgets for labor, materials, utilities, and capital projects.

Review monthly utility usage, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement energy management initiatives.

Oversee facility maintenance projects, including energy efficiency studies and capital improvement projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.

Provide guidance and support for future building improvements, automation projects, and facility optimization initiatives.

Ensure the safe and reliable operation of ammonia refrigeration systems and all facility infrastructure.

High School Diploma or GED required.

3+ years of maintenance leadership or facility maintenance management experience, including workforce planning and scheduling.

Hands-on experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems (Freon refrigeration experience is a plus).

Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Management Plan (RMP), and regulatory compliance requirements.

Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and industrial maintenance best practices.

Proficiency with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

Ability to work in extreme environments (-20°F to 100°F with PPE) and tolerate varying noise levels common in warehouse and cold storage operations.

Ammonia refrigeration certifications required.
