Concrete Construction Supervisor Qualifications:
- Previous Construction management experience required
- 10+ years of experience in concrete construction with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role preferred
- Valid drivers license required
- Proficiency in reading complex blueprints, grade checking, and understanding mix designs (PSI, slump, admixtures) required
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, organizational, communication, and leadership skills preferred
- Ability to travel required

Concrete Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Responsible for enabling the completion of jobs in a timely manner by scheduling and overseeing the work crews, ensuring equipment and materials are enough, repairing and maintaining equipment, training crews, and assisting with special projects as assigned
- Assist in building and positioning forms for pouring concrete and dismantles forms after use, using saws, hammers, nails, bolts, or form hardware
- Erects and disassembles scaffolding, shoring, braces, and other temporary structures
- Assist to align, straighten, plumb and square forms for installation
- Construct forms, then assist in raising them to the required elevation
- Other duties as may be required
