We are currently hiring a Customer Sales Representative to join our retail sales team. This is a W2, direct hire position working inside a retail environment, focused on customer service, sales support, and new customer enrollments.
This is an entry level, customer-facing role where you will interact directly with customers to provide information on products and services, assist with account setup, and deliver a professional and positive in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a retail setting
- Provide clear, accurate information on available products and services
- Support new customer enrollments and account setup
- Answer questions and help resolve basic customer concerns
- Present current promotions and service options
- Track daily interactions and sales activity

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Schedule:
- W2, direct hire position
- Hourly base pay / weekly bonuses and commission
- Weekly pay
- Full-time schedule, retail hours may include evenings and weekends
