Job Description:
Brad’s Pool Service is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Pool Service Technicians. You’ll be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring clean, safe, and properly balanced water. No prior experience? We’re willing to train motivated individuals!
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and vacuum swimming pools
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Inspect and maintain pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters)
- Add chemicals and perform minor repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate service records
- Communicate professionally with clients
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic mechanical skills (experience with tools is a plus)
- Physical ability to lift equipment and work outdoors in all weather
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work early mornings and some weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
