What you'll do
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
Supervise and develop RBTs into confident, skilled clinicians
Partner with families so every one of them feels like the only family we have
Collaborate with a clinical team that values your judgment
What we're looking for
Current BCBA certification (in good standing)
Texas LBA license (or eligible/in process)
Texas Medicaid ID Preferred
Based in or near Austin, TX
Pediatric ABA experience
Someone who cares deeply about doing this right — and wants their work to truly matter
