We're adding experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to our crew, and we offer top-of-market pay on a safe, drug-free jobsite.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate large heavy equipment (scrapers, blades, dozers, excavators, and loaders)
- Read plans and survey stakes
- Finish grade without GPS (+/- 0.1 ft)
- Work with a team and take direction to meet project goals
- Perform labor as projects require
- Work independently without constant supervision
- Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years operating heavy equipment (dozer, excavator, motor grader, etc.), preferred
- 5+ years earthwork experience (fine grading with and without GPS), preferred
- 5+ years utilities experience (Water, Fire, Sanitary, Storm), preferred
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety training
- High school diploma or GED
