Creative Melodies is seeking a passionate contract based Piano Teacher to provide high-quality, in-home private lessons throughout Waxhaw and Marvin, NC.

Compensation & Schedule
- Earn $33–$42 per teaching hour
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Build your own schedule
- Flexible weekday afternoons, evenings, and optional Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Teach engaging one-on-one piano lessons in students' homes
- Create lessons tailored to each student's goals and learning style
- Encourage confidence, musical growth, and consistent practice
- Communicate student progress with families
- Prepare interested students for optional recitals and performances
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 1 year of piano teaching experience
- Experience teaching children
- Strong piano performance skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field
