Pure Rental Group – Morrisville, NC (Near RDU Airport) + we have a second location in Wake Forest.
Pure Rental Group is a growing automotive rental company operating one of the largest Turo fleets in North Carolina. With 150+ vehicles and expanding, we are looking for a reliable, motivated team member to join our operations team.
This is a hands-on role where you will help manage vehicle logistics, vehicle cleaning, customer check-ins, and daily fleet operations. If you enjoy cars, fast-paced environments, and working with a growing business, this could be a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Manage vehicle check-ins and check-outs using the Turo app
- Wash, clean, and prepare vehicles so they are ready for the next guest
- Perform basic interior and exterior detailing (vacuuming, wiping surfaces, cleaning windows, etc.)
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and readiness
- Coordinate with our customer service team for guest arrivals and returns
- Move vehicles around the lot and nearby locations
- Assist with basic vehicle care (fueling, tire pressure checks, coordinating maintenance)
- Communicate with team members to keep operations running smoothly
- Help support general business operations when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable using smartphone apps and basic technology
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to be active throughout the day (washing cars, moving vehicles, light physical work)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior automotive, detailing, or rental experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
