Duties
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets using SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to identify trends and patterns.
- Support the development of dashboards and reports that communicate key business metrics and AI insights effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for AI projects.
- Assist in process mapping and workflow analysis using Visio to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Contribute to forecasting models and sales analysis by applying strong analysis skills and business intelligence techniques.
- Participate in project management activities, including tracking project milestones, documenting processes, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Help evaluate the impact of AI solutions on sales performance, operational efficiency, and overall business growth.
- Support reception area.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques, process mapping, and project management fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated interest in AI technologies, analytics, or business intelligence solutions.
