Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our Davenport team. The ideal candidate is passionate about high-quality repair work, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and is eager to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of collision repair including disassembly, body repair, cosmetic repair, frame measuring, and reassembly
- Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition using proper repair techniques
- Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining a high level of quality
- Communicate effectively with estimators and other team members
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Stay current with industry best practices and training opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in auto body repair
- Solid understanding of industry-standard repair techniques
- I-CAR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new methods, equipment, and technologies
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Valid driver’s license
