Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff with professionalism
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Maintain student records and update databases accurately
- Schedule meetings and support event planning
- Handle attendance tracking and daily reporting
- Assist with school communications and newsletters
- Provide administrative support to teachers and school leaders
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in office administration or education is ideal
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
