About the Role
ICool USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations, logistics coordination, inventory transfers, material management, and data accuracy functions. This role oversees a team of 12 employees and ensures high performance across shipping, receiving, inventory control, SAP processes, scanning system integration, truck scheduling, and overall warehouse organization.
Compensation
Annual Salary Range: based on experience, qualifications, and SAP/logistics expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Oversight
· Supervise and develop the Warehouse, Logistics, Material, and Inventory teams(Inbound, Outbound, Transfer).
· Assign daily tasks aligned with operational priorities.
· Train staff on SOPs, SAP workflows, scanning systems, and safety.
· Promote a high‑performance, accuracy‑focused culture.
Logistics & Truck Scheduling
· Schedule inbound/outbound LTL, FTL, carrier, and vendor trucks.
· Coordinate dock appointments and manage daily shipping calendars.
· Resolve carrier delays, missed pickups, or transportation issues.
Warehouse Organization & FIFO
· Maintain an organized warehouse layout to optimize material flow.
· Ensure strict adherence to FIFO rotation for inventory integrity.
· Audit storage areas for proper labeling, accessibility, and cleanliness.
· Lead 5S and Lean organization initiatives across the warehouse.
Inventory Data Accuracy
· Verify accuracy of all inventory postings across SAP, scanning systems, and physical counts.
· Conduct routine data audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
· Ensure real‑time posting of receipts, shipments, transfer orders, and adjustments.
· Support cycle counts and root‑cause analysis for inventory variances.

Qualifications
Required
· 5+ years of experience in management of warehousing, logistics, or inventory management, required
· SAP experience required (inventory/warehouse/logistics modules).
· Experience scheduling inbound/outbound trucks.
· Experience using or integrating barcode scanning systems.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred
· Associate degree or relevant coursework.
· Experience with WMS or RF scanning hardware.
Knowledge of Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement m
