We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Crew Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our installations teams on a variety of commercial and residential projects within a reputable and growing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of commercial and residential fence installations. You will be responsible for driving HR initiatives that align with the company's goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Lead and supervise a fence installation crew on residential and commercial job sites

Perform and oversee installation of various fence types (wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, steel, gates, etc.)

Read and interpret job orders, layouts, and property lines

Ensure jobs are completed according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards

Enforce safety procedures and ensure crew compliance with OSHA and company policies

Load, transport, and manage tools, materials, and equipment

Communicate professionally with customers onsite regarding project details and expectations

Manage, train, mentor and evaluate Installers on your crew

Inspect completed work and address any issues or punchlist items

Report on job progress, material usage, and issues to management

Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment

25+ years of fence installation experience (leadership experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of fence construction methods and materials

Proven ability to lead and manage a crew

Ability to read site plans and measure accurately

Strong problemsolving and timemanagement skills

Valid driver’s license

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor

Experience with gate automation and access control systems a plus

Bilingual (English/ Spanish) a plus
