We are excited to open our 4th location in the heart of Downtown, Las Vegas in Summer 2026.
Interview and training will be held at our DURANGO STATION CASINO location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing food items according to the restaurant's recipes and standards, as well as ensuring that all food items are cooked to the correct temperature and served in a timely manner. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Restock all items as needed throughout the shift.
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
- Comply with all food safety regulations
- Comply with all standards and protocols relating to Shang and Durango Station Casino
- Assist other staff members in prepping ingredients for dishes.
Compensation and additional information:
- Starting Wage: $15/hr + Tips (Training $14/hr)
- Bi-weekly paycheck
- 35-40 hours a week guaranteed

Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available full time and have open availability
- Basic English is required
- Health Card to be obtained within two weeks from starting
- Attend to all training shifts at Durango Station before our Downtown location opens
