Job Description
Responsible for learning how to installing HVAC equipment, duct and fittings and to complete on or below the budgeted labor hours, as outlined by Installation Managerand lead Installer. Help lead installer by helping to maintain required levels of truck stock items, staying productive on projects, keep projects clean and organized, display craftsman like installations, and obtain a strong knowlege base of HVAC installation. Reports to site ready to work by 8:00 so projects are not held up.
Duties:
1. At job ready to work each morning with a positive attitude
2. Review project daily with lead. Learn what request tools, materials, or equipment are needed to complete different projects..
3. Complete paper work daily, recording all hours and materials used on each job, turn into Lead Installer.
4. Learn what is needed to complete quality project on or below budgeted labor hours, to company installation standards.
5. Keep entire work area neat and organized and free of scrap and debris.
6. Other duties as assigned.
