JOB OVERVIEW:
Be the Face of Riceland in Southeast Texas
As a Physician Relations Liaison, you’ll play a highly visible role in growing the presence and impact of Riceland Medical Center in Winnie, Texas. This is an opportunity to become a trusted connector between Riceland, local physicians, healthcare providers, and the communities we serve.
Your mission will be to build meaningful relationships, expand awareness of Riceland’s services, strengthen referral partnerships, and help drive growth across our hospital and outpatient services. You’ll be out in the community, meeting healthcare professionals, identifying opportunities, and turning relationships into lasting partnerships.
Your Reach Goes Beyond Winnie
While Winnie will be your home base, your impact will extend across Southeast Texas. You’ll collaborate closely with our broader Physician Relations team to expand Riceland’s presence in Mont Belvieu, Baytown, Anahuac, Port Arthur, Nederland, Groves, China, Sour Lake, and Beaumont.
This is more than a traditional liaison role—it’s an opportunity to represent a growing healthcare organization, build Riceland’s brand across Southeast Texas, and directly contribute to the growth of healthcare services in the communities around you.
If you thrive on building relationships, creating opportunities, and making a visible impact, this is your opportunity to help shape Riceland’s next chapter of growth.
